    Section Four – Data Retention and Your Rights

    To comply with the 2018 changes in GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Strong Recruitment Ltd would like you to note:

    We store all candidate’s CVs electronically in a secure password protected computer system and that only 3 staff members have access to. We only store CVs from candidates who have contacted us, and we have either met via Zoom, WhatsApp or Teams or in person. We will delete all CVs if we have not met the candidate, or we feel we cannot help with their job search. We hold CVs until a candidate advises us in writing they have found a job and no longer wish us to hold their CVs or if they would like us to delete their details. At any time, a candidate may write to us to cancel their personal information. Strong Recruitment Ltd hold candidate’s CVs to be sent to companies for employment purposes only. Strong Recruitment Ltd will only send a CV to a company by request of the candidate once Strong Recruitment Ltd have given the candidate a copy of the job description and company details. Strong Recruitment Ltd may also hold a printer copy of the candidate CV as during the candidate interview, they may add notes to gain further information of the candidate career history, and this is only for internal use and not sent to a 3rd party in this format.
