Working in the Policy & Operations team you will work on operational issues that affect tour operators and DMC’s such as cities tourist taxes, issues with attractions, operational issues – and writing communications for the website and email marketing campaigns that affect the Buyer members. Chance to travel to ETOA European events and to attend trade shows and city meetings. A background in tour operations, DMO or attractions is very useful.
