Issues facing people working from home?

Just read a very interesting article in the Daily Mail showing the areas of concern for employees working from home. A recent global survey questioned 9,500 employees in 17 countries who employed a total of 6650+ employees. 34% of employees have returned to the office. Those working from home are being ignored for promotion, have less success in securing better pay rises and bonuses. Strong Recruitment have been concerned since the pandemic about the social skills being lost with particularly the under 30’s working from home, companies not being able to identify who is struggling or may need more training, those working from home losing out on a social life the company used to be an environment that could offer one. We are seeing many ore companies wanting staff to be at least 2/3 days in an office and everyone seems to be benefiting from this change.
